Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Order Sync websites, online ordering tools, dashboards, and related services.

By accessing or using Order Sync, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Order Sync provides restaurant websites and tools that allow customers to browse menus and place pickup orders directly with participating restaurants.

Order Sync is a technology provider. Restaurants are responsible for preparing food, setting prices, managing availability, accepting or rejecting orders, handling refunds, and fulfilling customer orders.

Restaurants must provide accurate business information and maintain current menus, prices, hours, tax settings, contact information, and item availability.

Restaurants are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.

Restaurant setup and monthly platform access may be provided without charge unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may be charged a convenience fee when placing an order. Applicable taxes, payment-processing charges, and other disclosed fees may also apply.

Fees may change in the future. Any material changes will be disclosed before they apply.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Use of payment services may be subject to additional terms imposed by the payment provider.

Restaurants are responsible for completing required payment onboarding, maintaining accurate payout information, and complying with payment-provider requirements.

Restaurants are solely responsible for order accuracy, food quality, preparation, packaging, pickup timing, allergens, food safety, and compliance with applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before submitting an order and arriving during the stated pickup window.

Restaurants determine whether an order may be canceled, changed, or refunded after it has been submitted.

Order Sync may assist with communication or technical issues but does not guarantee that a restaurant will approve a refund.

You may not use Order Sync to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized orders.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Misrepresent a restaurant, business, or customer.
• Abuse refunds, payment disputes, or promotional offers.

Order Sync owns its platform software, design systems, branding, and original platform content.

Restaurants retain ownership of their names, logos, menus, photographs, and other content they provide. Restaurants grant Order Sync permission to use that content as necessary to build, host, promote, and operate their ordering websites.

We aim to keep Order Sync available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these terms, creates security or fraud risks, fails payment-provider requirements, or uses the service unlawfully.

Restaurants may request termination of their service by contacting Order Sync.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

Order Sync does not guarantee restaurant sales, customer order volume, uninterrupted access, or specific business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Order Sync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
